Terms of Service
For all games and interactive titles published by Engine Era Studio · Last updated: 14 October 2026
In short: our games are provided free, as-is, for personal entertainment. Play them through the platform you found them on and that platform's terms also apply. The game, its art, music and code remain our property; please do not copy, resell or redistribute them.
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Engine Era Studio, the game studio of Shanghai Yuanzhumin Technology ("we", "us"), and they govern your use of our games — including browser (HTML5) games, VR titles and mini-game titles such as Dan Dao 3 Kingdoms — Parry & Blast! and VRKayak. By playing, you accept them.
2. Licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play our games for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Third-party platforms
Where a game is distributed through a third-party gaming platform (for example CrazyGames, Playgama or a mobile mini-game platform), your use of that platform is also governed by that platform's terms and policies, and the platform may add, remove or interrupt features (ads, saves, purchases, availability) at its discretion. We are not responsible for platform-side behaviour, availability or data practices.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile or extract assets from our games except where such restriction is prohibited by law; modify, resell, sublicense, redistribute or re-upload our games or their assets; remove or bypass advertising, attributions or technical protection; use cheats, automation or exploits to abuse leaderboards or platform reward systems; or use our games in any unlawful way.
5. Intellectual property
All game code, artwork, animations, audio, names and logos remain the property of Shanghai Yuanzhumin Technology or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Screenshots and short gameplay clips may be shared for review, commentary or promotional purposes with clear attribution to the studio.
6. No warranty
The games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Games in development may change or be withdrawn.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, rewards, profits or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, our games. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the game (normally zero).
8. Changes and termination
We may update, suspend or discontinue a game or these terms at any time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be submitted to the competent court or arbitration institution in Shanghai, China.
